When you fill out a form on this site (Free Site Audit, Get Started, Book a Demo, or the Local Visibility & SEO Snapshot request), we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, city/service area, and information about your business and project (industry, budget, timeline, and similar details).
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate this site and our business (currently Formspree for form processing, Google Analytics for site analytics, and Calendly for scheduling, if you choose to book a call).
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our records.
You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, by emailing contact@svc-flow.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
